NSL activation

EVALARM offers the option of switching alarms and error messages to a VdS-certified NSL (permanently manned position).

Error messages

Operators who use EVALARM can switch faults from fire warning and fire alarm systems to an NSL in accordance with VDE 0826-2 or VDE 0833. Error messages can be activated depending on time.

In the event of a fault, the stored contact persons can be notified via various communication channels (push notification (APP), SMS, e-mail, call). Up to 3 users can be notified simultaneously or in series. The recipients can acknowledge the error message. If there is no acknowledgment, the process is escalated.
The notification process is monitored by a VdS-certified NSL.

fire alarms

With EVALARM, fire alarms can be switched to a VdS-certified control center.

For operators of fire warning and fire alarm systems that are not legally connected to the fire brigade, this represents a significant improvement in fire protection or a reduction in the risk of damage - especially outside of operating hours.

The activation of fire alarms on the NSL can be limited in time. The emergency and service control center takes over the agreed alarm verification and triggers the agreed alarm plan.

In the event of a fire, the NSL notifies the fire brigade. Additional costs only arise if the fire department is notified.
